  • How do I track my order?
    As soon as you place the order and its ready to dispatch, we will share the tracking details with you via email.
  • How long will it take for my glasses to reach home?
    National shipments depend on your pin-code and the type of lens you opt for. The British line Blut Cut Ultra Lenses will take between 2-7 business days.
  • I don’t know how to read my prescription. Please assist!
    No problem! Figuring out what those letters and numbers on your prescription can get a little tricky! Just whatsapp us your prescription photo at +91-87508-52179 or mail at help@limoneye.com and we'll take it from there.
  • Can I use my contact lens prescription for my eyeglass prescription?
    The prescription of contact lenses versus eye glasses differ and so we wouldn’t recommend using the same prescription. Make sure you have your prescription handy - but don’t worry, we give you until 15 days to share your prescription.
  • Do you offer progressive lenses?
    Currently, we are not offering progressive lenses on the website. However, just drop a whatsapp to our customeer service at +91-9211844000 and help you right away.
  • Do you offer lenses with prescription for all powers?
    Yes, the power we work for in eyeglasses is -12 to +6 and in sunglasses is -4 to +4.
  • Is it possible to order Limon Eye glasses with no prescription?
    Of course! We will put in zero power lenses for you! Just click on "zero power lens" option at the time of purchase.
  • Can I buy frames only?
    Yes, sure! We will deliver it to you with the dummy lens. Just select "Frames only" at the time of making the order and you are sorted!
  • Yikes! I need to change something about my order. What should I do?
    Don’t worry, our customer service team can fix your prescription as long as you reach out to us in a timely manner. Whatsapp us at +91-87508-52179 or send us an email at help@limoneye.com and let us know about your request/change. Do make sure you have the order number handy!
